We'll drop anchor at Rose Bay, giving you the chance to have a good night's sleep before we dive into 5 days packed with new experiences.

After a champagne breakfast, it's time to enjoy the harbour. Visit the iconic Sydney Opera House or soar above it all in our helicopter for a scenic flight over the bridge. Later in the afternoon, we set off north, ready for tomorrow's adventures on the Hawkesbury River.

Wake up at beautiful Palm Beach, a star of Australian screen and a highlight of the Northern Beaches. Start your day with an easy hike to the Barrenjoey Lighthouse, where you'll be treated to stunning views and maybe a dip in the waves. In the afternoon, we'll check out the local pearl and oyster farms for a taste of the local maritime flavours. Back on the TRUE NORTH, unwind with some live jazz and your favourite cocktail as the sun sets.

Today's all about the stunning Hawkesbury River - what do you feel like doing? You can hit the trails and get up close with untouched bushland, zip around hidden coves on a scenic tender, fly over Sydney's North Shore for some incredible views, or submerse yourself in Sydney’s culture with an Aboriginal rock art tour along the sandstone cliffs. As the day winds down, we'll 'raft-up' our tenders on the river for sunset drinks and canapés with a twist. Then, it's time for a chilled-out dinner cruise as we make our way back to Sydney Harbour.

Kick off the morning with our chefs at the seafood market, picking out the catch of the day for your NYE dinner celebration, or just take it easy exploring hidden beaches and harbour-side cafes - with our tenders ready to take you wherever you'd like to go.
