Join the TRUE NORTH II in Esperance and discover the endless beaches that skirt Cape Le Grand. Encounter the wonders of the Bremer Bay Canyon. Indulge in delicacies from the sea – perhaps washed down with a bottle or two from the revered cellars of Margaret River. And prior to disembarking in Fremantle, revel in the party atmosphere of WA’s favourite island playground – Rottnest Island. This cruise from Perth includes a connecting flight from Perth to Esperance.

ITINERARY
Welcome Aboard
Your adventure begins in Perth before a short flight to the town of Esperance where we’ll transfer you to the True North and the luxuries of our renowned galley.
The Recherche Archipelago
Not long after your first delicious True North breakfast, we’ll arrive at Middle Island to visit pristine Lake Hillier. Here you’ll witness the breathtaking pink hues of the lake and royal blues of the Southern Ocean. Then, in the afternoon we’ll adventure to Cape Le Grand, landing ashore on the first of many stunning beaches for a refreshing swim or snorkel.
Duke of Orleans Bay
A short overnight cruise will take us to our anchorage at the secluded Duke of Orleans Bay. The area is home to numerous colonies of New Zealand fur seals and schools of bottlenose dolphins where you can dive, snorkel, swim, stand up paddle board or kayak.
Bremer Bay
The Bremer Bay deep sea canyon lies just off the small town of Bremer Bay. The discovery of this spot is relatively new, so you’ll be one of the first in the world to witness the magic of it. Here in these nutrient rich waters we’ll find sharks, dolphins, sperm whales, giant squid and even killer whales that we’ll watch from the bow of the True North. Then we’ll anchor in the turquoise waters of Bremer Bay, to relax, swim, snorkel or fish.
The Town of Albany
This morning we set our sights on Albany where we’ll discover the town’s fascinating Aboriginal and European history. Then visit the town’s historic Whaling Station or could join us on a fishing session to catch herring, King George whiting, flathead, cobbler and pink snapper.
Hamelin Bay
Wake up on Day 6 in picturesque Hamelin Bay where you can join us for a fishing expedition or snorkel with the friendly stingrays in this spot’s pristine waters. Afterwards, take a tour of the famous Margaret River wine region and taste it on your plate with an exquisite lunch made from fresh local seafood and farm produce.
Cape Naturaliste
Start your morning with a breathtaking walking tracks of Cape Naturaliste. Afterwards the tenders will depart for a scenic trip along the coastline, to spot the local colony of New Zealand fur seals. Then, as our fishers catch tonight’s dinner, we’ll visit the settlement of Dunsborough followed by an afternoon anchorage in Eagle Bay. Here, enjoy the stunning white sand and azure water with a beach cocktail and sunset.
Swim with Dolphins
Join us on an unbelievable experience swimming with wild dolphins in the the sheltered waters of Rockingham’s bays and islands. Then, head off to the protected nature reserve, Rottnest Island. Here you can snorkel, fish, bike around the island or take a selfie with a famous quokka. If you’re a diver, descend into the warm waters of the Leeuwin current and explore the beautiful reef filled with hard corals and fish, unique swim throughs, channels and caves.
Return to Fremantle
Even the most incredible adventures must come to an end, and while this expedition finishes with an early morning disembarkment in Fremantle, your life changing experience onboard True North is bound to stay with you forever.

The route, the scenery, the combination of boating, boat excursions and heli-flights – all along with the most amazing scenery, hardly any other tourists, the beautiful boat, the amazing lovely knowledgeable crew and the great group of guests – it was almost too much to take in – all of my senses awakened and my heart and soul took in all this beauty and experiences – a once in a lifetime trip!
